Celia C. Flowers, Partner at Flowers Davis PLLC, is one of four speakers at the Thursday Educational Session of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen (AAPL) Annual Conference in Montreal on Thursday, June 26, 2014. Ms. Flowers will be discussing “Surface Use Issues”.
