Robin O’Donoghue is a litigation attorney practicing in the areas of Insurance Defense and Defense of Governmental Entities.

Before joining Flowers Davis in September, 2012, Robin practiced primarily in the areas of medical malpractice and general civil litigation for the firms of Bailey & Williams and Gwinn & Roby in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. There she actively participated in all phases of medical malpractice defense, products liability, and general insurance defense litigation. She prepared discovery responses and objections, took and defended expert witness depositions, advocated clients’ positions at court hearings, and sat as second chair in medical malpractice trials. She negotiated settlement of civil lawsuits independently and at mediation, and represented clients in personal injury trials.
