Gregory A. Fraser was born at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines in 1962. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1988 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas (1988) and the Eastern District of Texas (1993).
Following law school, Greg began his legal career with a North Dallas law firm, where he developed extensive experience in commercial and general civil litigation, creditor bankruptcy representation, corporate matters, collections, and insurance defense. In 1992, he co-authored the article “Pursuing a Guarantor: Avoiding the Pitfalls” for the American Conference Institute.
In 1993, Greg relocated his practice to Tyler, Texas. He later moved Fraser Law to Lindale in 2001, where he represented clients throughout Texas for more than two decades. In 2026, Greg joined Flowers Davis, bringing with him nearly four decades of legal experience serving individuals, businesses, and creditors across the state.
Education and Admissions
Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, graduating on the Dean’s List in 1984. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1988.
He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1988 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas (1988) and the Eastern District of Texas (1993). In addition, Greg has been a credentialed mediator since 2003, further enhancing his ability to help clients resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
Personal Interests
Outside of his legal practice, Greg enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and traveling.
