Celia Flowers to Speak on Surface Use Issues at AAPL Annual Conference
Celia C. Flowers, Partner at Flowers Davis PLLC, is one of four speakers at the Thursday Educational Session of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen (AAPL) Annual Conference in Montreal on Thursday, June 26, 2014. Ms. Flowers will be discussing “Surface Use Issues”. Other topics and speakers in the afternoon session will be “The Klotzman Complaint: Allocation Well Permitting in Texas” (David Gross), “The AAPL Operating Agreement and the Deadbeat Operator” (Paul G.
